Descriptions of consulting services and digital products (including the Growth Strategy Report) are summaries. Deliverables, timelines, and scope are as agreed in your order confirmation or engagement letter.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you offer to buy at the price and on the terms shown at checkout. Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider (for example Airwallex). Your contract is with Alchemy Ventures. Payment is taken when the provider confirms successful payment.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials on this website remain the property of Alchemy Ventures. Reports and deliverables you purchase are licensed for your internal business use unless a separate licence says otherwise.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Hong Kong SAR, Alchemy Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (including consumer guarantees under applicable law).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. You and Alchemy Ventures submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
